In this workshop you will learn the art of needle felting using notched needles to sculpt fibres together to ‘paint with wool’ to create a 2D picture.      

 Examples and ideas will be shown and you can take inspiration from the beautiful surroundings of Thornbridge Hall to inspire creativity or you are welcome to bring you own photos. We use 100% merino wool fibres and everything you will need to create your needle felted landscape picture.   

 Linzi Pattison has over 25 years teaching experience in schools and her own studio, she has successfully sold many of her paintings and runs courses on painting and crafts throughout Derbyshire to inspire both children and adults to be creative.
